Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you must cancel your order please let us know as
soon as possible.
Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded in full.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made.
Pre-booked events incur a 40% cancellation fee, we can reshedule the event upon request at no cost.
How To Order
1) Choose the type of gift you are looking for from the categories listed.
2) Choose the gift which appeals to you and submit the order request form.
3)Our administration staff will contact you with payment and shipping details and freight costs.
Quote Requests'
4) For Quotes on group bookings please use the "book an appointment" page with the relevant information. We will contact you via email or phone with your quote.
5) Upon acceptance of quote a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. We can organize payment plans on request.
Pricing & Postage
Postage is additional on all product purchases being a minimum of $7.95 for small gift packs and a maximum of $12.95 on large packs.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Use of personal Information
Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties.
Your email address will be added to our newsletter database .
We will contact you regarding our future promotions and includes
new products, specials and upcoming events. To unsubscribe click on
the link at the bottom of the newsletter and you will be automatically
removed. If you would like us to manually remove your name from the
mailing list please send us an email including your name and email
address
and we will remove it within 48 hours. Simply send us an email - See

Office Hours and Weekend Orders
Our office and call center hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Queensland time
Monday to Friday.
Our office is closed on Public Holidays.
If all our phones are busy you will be diverted directly to an answering
machine. As soon as one of our representatives is available, we will
call you back. We understand that your time is too valuable to be waiting
on hold.
